BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. T. Suvarna Raju is an Independent Director of the Company. A distinguished aerospace leader, he served as Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), leading key defense programs such as the Light Combat Aircraft (LCA), Light Utility Helicopter (LUH), and Jaguar DARIN-III upgrades.

An alumnus of the National Defence College, he holds an M.Phil in Defence Strategic Studies, a Mechanical Engineering degree, an MBA in Marketing, and a PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights. Under his leadership, HAL secured over 1,000 patents, and he played a key role in advancing indigenous aerospace technologies.

Mr. Raju is a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE) and has held pivotal positions, including Chairman of the Aerospace and Aviation Sector Skill Council and Member of the National Aeronautics Coordination Group. His contributions to the sector have been widely recognized, including the prestigious Dr. Biren Roy Trust Award.
