Senthil Balasubramanian brings over 30 years of leadership experience in global manufacturing environments, having held key positions across the United States, India, China, Philippines, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Before joining Rossell Techsys, he served as Group President – Manufacturing at Blue Star, where he led seven plants, managed a workforce of approximately 6,500 employees, and oversaw operations with an annual turnover of ₹6,000 crores. Senthil Bala is a U.S. citizen and worked for Ultra Maritime as Vice President of Global Operations on U.S. Navy defence programs.

He has extensive experience in the Aerospace and Defence sector, having led operations at Collins Aerospace in the United States and managed aerospace programs at ITT Corporation across China and the Philippines. Senthil holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from PSG College of Technology. He has also pursued studies in Business Administration at Louisiana State University.

A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Senthil is also trained in SAP Implementation, Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S. He is driven by values of trust, ethics, teamwork, and leadership, and is deeply committed to SQCDP—Safety, Quality, Cost, Customer Delivery, and People.

Outside of work, he is a passionate Formula 1 fan, traveller, reader, and photography enthusiast.
