Ms. Komal Shrimankar performs the role of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in Rossell Techsys Limited. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Nagpur University and is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). With over 8+ years as a Company Secretary, her expertise lies in listed company operation and possess a comprehensive understanding of Compliance under Company Law and Securities Laws. 

She has actively participated in Secretarial Audits, Due Diligence processes, and IPO-related matters. Her diverse industry exposure includes working for MNCs, start-ups, and established corporations. Prior to joining Rossell Techsys, she worked as Company Secretary with various companies in India jurisdictions. 

In her free time, she enjoys taking relaxing long drives, diving into a good book, and expressing her creativity through sketching.
