BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Arvind Ghei, serving as an Independent Director of the Company, brings a wealth of experience and strategic acumen to the board. He is a seasoned professional with over 38 years of diverse experience in various industries. He did BA Honors in Economics from St Stephen’s College, New Delhi, and a master’s in financial management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai. 

Throughout his career, Arvind has held key positions in the hospitality, food services, and catering sectors, including Director Finance at Ambassador Group of Hotels, Chief Financial Officer at CG Hotels and Resorts / Concept Hospitality (Fern Hotels), Chief Financial Officer at Mars Group of Hotels, and Joint Managing Director of Asia Pacific Hotels Ltd. His expertise spans a wide array of areas, from conducting due diligence and facilitating acquisitions to strategic planning and corporate governance. 

He also served on the Board of Woodstock School Mussoorie for 7 years where he also chaired the Finance and Audit Committees. Additionally, his active involvement in charitable projects as a member of Rotary Club showcases his dedication to making a positive impact in the community.
