Rossell Techsys has a strong and vital presence on some of the most important military platforms in service today such as F/A-18 Super Hornet, F-15 Eagle, Apache AH64, Chinook CH47, P8 Poseidon, KC46 Pegasus platforms, rocket pod harnesses, and flight test instrumentation harnesses.
Rossell Techsys is a one stop solution from "Design to Qualification" of Wire Harnesses and Electrical Panels, and offers Build to Print (BTP) and Build to Specification (BTS) services. Expertise includes full DPD and MPD based services. All engineering and manufacturing is performed inhouse in Rossell Techsys and no eco-system partners are utilized for any activity of wire harnesses. Our current infrastructure is expansive, including but not limited to Splicing tools, Crimping tools, Soldering workstations, assorted power, hand operated and pneumatic operated tools, Sleeve Printers, Cable printers, plotter for form board drawings, wire harness potting facilities, wire braiding, automatic wiring analysers supporting 11,000 points.
Rossell Techsys provides comprehensive product support services for global OEMs at Indian Customer locations. Bulk of the activity thus far, due to historical reasons, has been "O" and "I" level product support. However, Rossell Techsys has the capability to repair and maintain test equipment at the component level. Rossell Techsys will soon be migrating to "D" level product support for a few customers. Some of the products covered under this expertise are aviation, communications and on-board computer systems. Support services include, installation, testing, integration, commissioning, maintenance, training and other field related support. Customers include the Indian Air Force, Indian Army and Indian Navy. Rossell Techsys engineers form the single point of contact (SPOC) for India based customers.
