Rossell Techsys is growing, and is continuously on the lookout for experienced talented, passionate and self-motivated professionals at various levels in the organization. Candidates having a Diploma / Degree / Post Graduation in Avionics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Control Systems, Telematics Engineering are eligible to apply. Additional certifications and degrees related to the domain are always welcome.

In addition, it is also expected that professionals have the following traits / skills / capabilities -:

  • Be absolutely hands-on
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to be responsible and accountable, and work with minimal supervision
  • Passion for maintaining high quality standards at the individual and organizational level, coupled with sensitivity towards organizational hygiene
  • Ability to multi-task and manage stress
  • Be a team player, and at the same time exhibit the art of "know-how" with "know-when", especially when dealing with customers
  • A positive attitude, displaying maturity in understanding organizational goals and objectives take precedence over individual goals and objectives
  • Compensation is commensurate with productivity and is to be strictly personal. Compensation is to be dealt with absolute confidence. Breach of this shall attract penalties, including termination of employment
  • Rossell Techsys may choose to conduct EQ and IQ tests for positions that are managerial in nature or that require strong team work
